Brownies so good you'll cry

I got probably the best comment Ive ever received about something Ive made yesterday.

I got an email from my husband after sending him to work with Pinterest's Gooey Butter Brownies, which read:

"If I was exaggerating I'd tell you, but Im NOT, literally everyone who has tried these has said they loved them. I gave ___ ___ one, and as soon as he popped it into his mouth, he stopped, his eyes got real big, and I LITERALLY thought he was going to cry. He could barely get out the words, 'I think those are the best thing I have ever eaten in my entire life'".

Well, since I can assume absolutely NO credit for this recipe (don't you just love Pinterest?), I figured that it was absolutely necessary that I share.

The best part about these is there there are only 5 ingredients...FIVE. Where have you been all my life?

Gooey Butter Brownies

1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
4 cups (1 lb) powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 300 and spray a 9×13 dish with cooking spray. Mix cake mix, melted butter and one egg to a soft dough. Press into the bottom of the pan. Mix powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and remaining two eggs until smooth, about 1-2 mins. Pour on top of crust. Bake at 300 for 40-50 minutes until top is golden brown.
