5 kitchen items Chelle loves!

Here is just a list of some every-day kitchen items that are major game-changers for us!!

1. Calphalon!! We got an entire set of these as a wedding gift and have been loving on them since the day we unpacked them. They're sturdy, non-stick, and the easiest pans to clean! Not to mention they cook food really evenly/quickly too!

2. Pantry Organization made out of random house-hold items.
A. Item "a" is our "Jello box storage". Official, we know! Jello boxes dont stack well. They get shoved to the side and the back and forgotten in the dark pantry abyss, and then we go purchase more of the same kinds, and---its exhausting just typing about it. Insert --> DIY jello storage! This was an old dog-treat tub that has been washed up and label removed! I was going to originally cover this with some scrapbook paper or something else Pinterest-y, but decided that I love to be able to see what flavors we're workin' with at any given time.
B. Random canvas tote turned wrangler of misfit treats. Dont we all have those quarter-full bags of miscellanious chips, a few treats left that dont really need a treat-box to house them any longer, ect? We decided to reduce clutter in our pantry by giving our misfit treats a home. Want a treat, pull out the treat-tote!! (I just made that up)

3. Pineapple corer! We eat so much pineapple in our house, there I get that funny sting in my jaw just thinking about it's sour goodness! Not big fans of canned pineapple, but not smart enough to tackle that intimiating looking alien-fruit, we were really missing out until we stumbled upon this gadget. Its plastic, compact, crazy easy to clean, and even easier to store!

4. I have this secret habit--whenever I stay in a hotel, whether for work, or play, I always "help myself" to the coffee/tea items left in my room. Why, you ask? It's simple: I do not buy tea, or fru-fru coffee drinks, to make myself at home. I do, however, like to be able to have options on hand for guests when they come over, and be able to also satisfy the occasional hot tea craving. My cupboards used to be packed full of little single-serve teas, coffee's, ect. They've all been rounded up, and trapped in a little galvanized tin. Now my cupboard looks more appealing, and whenever we have guests, they can rifle through the galvanized tin for single-serve goodness-o-choice! Im cheap, I know.

5. Our Coffee "Mates"! Let me tell you, We're so glad our Mr. Coffee finally has a mate! When we got this Mr. Coffee frappe machine for a wedding gift, Kevin said "SWEET!, I said "Where the heck are we going to put this thing!" After biting the bullet and agreeing to give Mr. Coffee #2 some counter space, we're really enjoying our dual caffeine machine power!
